Spring!
Poem by Apple class
Spring time is here!
Pretty flowers starting to appear,
Run through the red roses, looking for Easter eggs.
It was a pretty Easter egg, hiding behind a daffodil.
No more Easter eggs left to find.
Girls and boys – Happy Easter!
The children asked if they could write a Mothers’ Day poem for you. So here it is!
My Mummy!
Mummy, you play with me so much, I love you.
If you were a flower, I’d pick you! I wish I could cuddle you.
We watch so many films and have pizza nights together.
I love you!
You are my sunshine!
Happy Mothering Sunday

Well Done Apple Class - A Super Start
Thank you to all the children and families for making this week such a wonderful start to being in Apple class.
The children’s enthusiasm to play together and learn was super and we are very proud them.
We’re looking forward to next week. Here are some reminders and requests…
P.E. kit Tuesdays – Every Tuesday, children should come to school wearing their P.E kit and they can stay in it all day at school. This helps us to get straight into our physical activities and keeps the day running smoothly!
Wellington Boots – We would like to encourage every child to bring a named pair of wellies that can stay at school. These are perfect for outdoor learning activities such as the mud kitchen or exploring on the wet, muddy grass.
Family Photographs - We would really like each child to bring in a family photograph that can stay in school. These will be displayed in our classroom and used as a lovely way to spark conversations, build connections and celebrate each child’s home life.
Mrs Allen and Mrs Lugg are looking forward to welcoming you!
