Homework 23rd June
Year 2 SATs information
We had a great day. We used our super powers of resourcefulness to make a house for our side-kicks. We had to find appropriate resources and use the correct tools for the job.
Next, we were determined - following instructions to make a pirate hat...and not giving up when it got tricky! Then we had to be collaborative and work as a team to make a boat which would float with the side-kicks. (A few got wet, which meant that the children had to be reflective and alter their designs!)
After lunch we were committed during a team game and then creative in designing a new hybrid animal. All in all a fun day. Well done to all the children for being amazing!
Super Six Day
Welcome to Mulberry Class 2022!
We have already settled well into our new room and the children have shown a mature attitude to year 2 so far! I am looking forward to the term ahead. Our PE day is Thursday, please make sure all PE kit is named. Forest school starts for Mulberry on Monday 19th September - ensure kit is in school please!
